Payroll & Payroll Taxes SPARTA will provide you with a complete payroll service including direct deposit, taxes, tax filings, garnishments and general ledger interface; 2. Risk Management SPARTA provides a comprehensive risk management solution including workers' compensation claims management, OHS compliance, drug-free workplace, site inspections. 3. Workers' Compensation Administration and Claims Management When you become a SPARTA Client we begin to manage the workers' compensation claims. Through investigations and aggressive claims management we begin to reduce costs;
4. Safety Training By meeting with employees on a regular basis and offering them safety training customized to your needs, SPARTA reduces workers' compensation claims; 5. Safety Inspections/Compliance When you become a client of SPARTA, you have at your disposal our Safety and Wellness Coordinator who does job site safety inspections and safety compliance at no extra cost to you when you use the EO side of our business; 6.
